At Japanese Taste, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every authentic Japanese product you receive. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that perishable food items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA number inside the box. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
